Born in Ottawa, Canada, Meredith Henderson grew up in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia following wherever the film industry called. She took her first acting classes when she was 5 years old, and was offered her first role as Aurora in the Showtime production The Song Spinner. Working with Patti Lupone (the original Evita), Meredith was awed by the magic and wonder that she felt and experienced on set and thrived in the challenges the industry demanded. 

Her next big opportunity came when, at 12 years old, she was cast as Shirley Holmes in the TV show The Adventures of Shirley Holmes which ran for four seasons and aired in 62 countries. She was nominated and won a Gemini Award for her work and to this day is recognized for her work in that show.

In 2005. while continuing her acting career, she teamed up with writer/director James Henderson and his sister Kristen Henderson to shoot the independent feature "22 Hands". Later she became a partner in their production company Sisbro & Co. Inc and produced an independent feature titled "Shut Up and Deal" and multiple other media projects.

She currently lives in Los Angeles where she continues to pursue acting as well as dabbling in writing and other art forms.
